Lip Duo features Lip Polish and Youth Lip Elixir to give your lips exactly what they need.

The Lip Polish gently scrubs while infusing lips with rich antioxidants and botanicals for smoother, hydrated and glowing lips.

The Youth Lip Elixir adds visible hydration by boosting lips with hyaluronic acid, a bounty of vitamins, and both shea and cocoa butter. Along with proprietary Extremozymes, it’s the finishing touch you need to make your lips exude the lusciousness of youth!

Lip Polish Gently massage a small amount onto lips using a circular motion. Rinse and/or remove with a damp cloth. Use lip polish 2 to 3 times per week or as needed. Youth Lip Elixir Smooth a small amount on lips. Reapply as needed.

Local Pick Up (Salmon Arm, BC)

All purchases can be picked up, free of charge, curbside, at Lake Life Boutique Spa, in the Prestige Hotel In Salmon Arm, BC. We will process your order, and package your items in a gift bag, and you may collect your purchase outside the spa doors.

Tuesdays to Saturdays: 10:00 - 4:00 PM

Shipping Options

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12 CAD. 

Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex, or UPS. Your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days and depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive.

Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days to process and pack your order. We do not package on weekends and only ship on weekdays. 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. We will be addressing this in Spring 2021. 

Out of Stock Items

We know how frustrating this can be, and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We adjust our inventory daily in the online shop, but in the event that we missed something and your item is not in stock, we will contact you to see how you would like the order handled. We do place ordered weekly with all our vendors so even if we are out of stock, usually it just means you may have to wait an extra week. 

Order Cancellation and Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order please contact us at info@spamaven.ca and include your order number. 

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from the spa, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Refund Policy

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our virtual skin consultations, read our Skin Care Basics page, or reach out in our Contact Us Page with any questions you have. 

Spa Maven will only exchange or refund when the product(s) is unopened, undamaged, and unused. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, and must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase with an authentic receipt from Spa Maven. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Spa Maven reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.

Spa Maven does not authorize returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, and/or used products. 

Allergic Reactions

Allergic reactions, while rare, can happen. These will usually occur within in the first or second use of any product, and will usually present with redness, rash, or swelling. All reactions must be reported within 72 hours of purchase, complete with photos. If you are sensitive or have had reactions before, we highly encourage you to book a virtual skin consultation so we can help you select your product. We also suggest that you patch test your products on your jawline before use. 

If you have had an allergic reaction, Spa Maven will issue you a credit for another selection. 

Spa Maven may request a Doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
